About Michael Krämer
Throughout my life, I have been blessed with a creative mind. During my teenage years, I have been on stage with my band MESSENGER, publishing original music. Later in life I had a spell of painting with oil on canvas and sculpting with PLEXIGLASS (PMMA) with great joy. Photography has been a long- time passion (particularly underwater life) and I even managed to have my images published in magazines and as part of contract-work for Butterfly Creek, for their initial merchandise (stamps, calendars, postcards, you name it). There are several marine science publishing’s to my name.
I have been a film-buff as long as I can remember. However, the ability to participate in film & movies, in front of the camera only opened up to me in 2021, when I joined BGT in Auckland, New Zealand. As I am determined by nature, I keep pushing my boundaries daily - never stop learning!

BIOGRAPHY
Michael Kramer is a New Zealand actor and multidisciplinary artist with a unique background in science, engineering, and the creative arts. Since transitioning into acting later in life, Michael has appeared in a growing number of international productions filmed in New Zealand, often in featured roles.
He works closely with mentor Joel Tobeck and regularly contributes as a voice actor and screenwriter with Auckland Table Reads.
Michael is a published writer and photographer with work spanning marine biology and lepidopterology. He was also the lead songwriter of the German hardcore death-metal band MESSENGER in his youth. A versatile creative, he paints and sculpts with acrylic glass.
Recent credits include featured roles in M3GAN 2.0, alongside Allison Williams and in the interactive romantic comedy Choose Love (Netflix), next to Laura Manaro.
Upcoming roles include appearances in the remake of East of Eden (Netflix) next to Florence Pugh and in Spartacus: House of Ashur (STARZ) alongside Graham McTavish.
